DB2 - Problem description

DB2PD -OSINFO GIVES WRONG INFORMATION OF CPU USAGE.

Problem description:
In Linux  systems  db2pd  -osinfo   gives  inaccurate  results 
with regard  to  CPU  Usage . 
 
As  an example  as  below 
 
Here  is an  example  observed  with  db2pd -osinfo 
 
CPU Usage Information (percent): 
 
 
 
Total     Usr       Sys       Wait      Idle 
 
 
 
100.00000 n/a        n/a        n/a        0.000000 
 
Where as top  utility  showed 
 
CPU  Usage  a  57%. 
The  above two   outputs  should match  and  db2pd  -osinfo 
should give results  similar  to  top  output.
