Informix - Problem description

Problem IT10401 Status: Closed

'ERROR 124 DURING LOGGING MODE CHANGE' WHILE CHANGING LOG MODE TO
ANSI AFTER ONLOAD OF DATABASE

product:
INFORMIX SERVER / 5725A3900 / C10 - IDS 12.10
Problem description:
You try to make a database ANSI compliant, after you loaded it 
using ONLOAD. 
 
However, the ontape command (like ontape -s -L 0 -A <dbname>) 
returns: 
Error changing logging status. See online message log. 
 
And checking the message log, you find: 
Error 124 during logging mode change.
