ER DATASYNC THREAD LEAKS MEMORY IN CDRD POOL ON TARGET NODE WHEN A SINGLE TRANSACTION DELETES LARGE NUMBER OF ROWS

| Problem description: |
When a single transaction deletes a large number of rows which
have cascade deletes and triggers that execute UDRs, the target
node seems to consume/leak huge amounts of memory in CDRD pool.
On an informix instance setup with small SHMTOTAL such as 500mb
the delete causes an Out of Memory situation. The memory
consumption can be seen by running "onstat -g mem" as shown
below:
