Problem IT17230 | Status: Closed |
ADD LIBIBMC++.SO.1 32 BIT AND 64 BIT TO DB2 IMAGE FOR LINUX UBUNTU 16, SLES 12 AND RHEL 7 ON IBM Z SYSTEMS.
product: | |
DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / B10 - DB2
Problem description: | |
On Ubuntu 16,  SLES 12 and RHEL 7 running on Linux390 (IBM z Systems), the DB2 installer will not start unless you have libibmc++.so.1. On this same platform, after installing, the db2 executables are unusable unless you have libibmc++.so.1.  The 32 and 64 bit versions of this library should be added to the install image, and should be accessible after DB2 has been installed.
