DB2 - Problem description

Problem IC66931 Status: Closed

.Net provider clears input parameters if exception occurs during executing
a prepared statement.

Problem description:
For prepared SQL statement with bound input parameters, the 
value of the parameters will be set to NULL if the execution of 
the prepared statement fails with exception. This will prevent 
the prepared statement from being re-executed.
