DB2PD -DBCFG SHOWS WRONG OUTPUT VALUES FOR THE DATABASE CONFIGURATION
PARAMETER TRACKMOD

Problem description:
db2pd -dbcfg reports the values of "On/Off" for the database 
configuration parameter TRACKMOD, which is inconsistent with the 
value range [Yes,No] documented in the information center.
