DB2 - Problem description

AUTOMATIC RESTART OF DB2 ON REBOOT DOES NOT WORK ON RHEL6

Problem description:
The /etc/inittab file that fault monitor relies on is deprecated 
in RHEL6. So we need an alternative method to start up the 
db2fmcd process.
