ERROR IN DB2DIAG.LOG UPON LOW PRIORITY AGENT INTERRUPT IS STILL POSSIBLE

Problem description:
apar IC73608 fixes a number of scenarios that can lead to 
misleading error messages in the db2diag.log e.g.
