DB2 - Problem description

Problem IC78826 Status: Closed

A table name including MBCS characters is not displayed in deadlock event
monitor.

Problem description:
The db2evmon output for the deadlock event monitor may be 
garbled when: 
 - the target table includes MBCS characters 
 - the locale db2evmon running is different from database 
codepage 
 
The same thing applies to the SQL statement.

Local Fix:
Run db2evmon with same locale as the database codepage.

Solution
Problem was first fixed in DB2 Version 9.1 Fix Pack 11.
