DB2 - Problem description

IN THE CONFIGURATION ASSISTANT, THE BIND WINDOW DOES NOT DISPLAY

Problem description:
When attempting to bind from the Configuration Assistant, the 
Bind Window does not display
Problem Summary:

Local Fix:
Delete the file CA.properties from the SQLLIB\TOOLS directory. 
It will get recreated when the Configuration Assistant is 
started.

DB2 Version 9.5 Fix Pack 10 for Linux, UNIX, and Windows

Solution
First fixed in DB2 v9.5FP9
Workaround
Delete the file CA.properties from the SQLLIB\TOOLS directory. 
It will get recreated when the Configuration Assistant is 
started.
