DB2 MAY ABEND WHILE COMPILING QUERY THAT CONTAINS THE QUARTER FUNCTION

Problem description:
When compiling a query statement that calls the DB2 built-in 
function QUARTER, the instance can crash, showing the following 
call stack in trap file:

The problem was first introduced in v97 GA.

Local Fix:
Manually rewrite query statement by replacing "QUARTER(<exp>)" 
with "(MONTH(<exp>)-1)/3)+1".
