SOMETIMES THE NUMBER OF ALERTS IN THE ROOT GROUP DOES NOT MATCHTHE NUMBERS SHOWN FOR INDIVIDUAL SERVERS

In some circumstances, the root group page is showing some
incidents for the different servers,
while the web page for the individual servers show a different
number or no incident at all.
if not incident is shown on the page for the individual server,
there is no way to get rid of those incident on the root group
page. |
