LOOPBACK PSEUDO SERVER DEFINITION FAILS IF ER SERVER IS A NON-ROOT

| Problem description: |
According to documentation there's no limitation of ER server
being root or non-root.
While trying on a non-root server you'll get:
CDR connection to server lost, id 401, name
Reason: Attempt to connect to leaf node.
when running:
cdr define server --connect=g_newlap_1410_10_lb
--sync=g_newlap_1410_10 --nonroot --init g_newlap_1410_10_lb
Server definitions:
cdr define server --init g_farias_1410_10
cdr define server --connect=g_newlap_1410_10
--sync=g_farias_1410_10 --nonroot--init g_newlap_1410_10
$ cdr list server
