SPORADIC -908 FROM CONNECTION MANAGER WITH SERVERS PROVIDING LISTENERS FOR
DIFFERENT PROTOCOLS

Problem description:
With db server instances providing listeners for different
network protocols, say some for regular socket communication,
some for SSL clients and some for DRDA clients, a new client
request to a Connection Manager SLA would go through the server
instances known to the CM cluster, pick one matching the SLA
(role, load, etc.), then walk its aliases list for a listener
matching the SLA's communicaiton protocol, e.g. onsoctcp,
drsoctcp or onsocssl.

It is possible, for very short moments, that this aliases list
and therefor a matching alias is not found, in which case CM, in
debug mode, would log the following message

   Warning: no server returned for SLA 

and error -908 would be returned to the client.

Connections to same SLA immediately prior or after such
incidents would work seamlessly, and only very few out of
hundreds or thousands of connections might incur this problem.
