Informix - Problem description

WINDOWS: CSDK INSTALLATION CAN FAIL WITH A SEGV

product:
IBM CSDK / 5724C2381 / 450 - CSDK 4.50
Problem description:
installation CSDK on a Windows OS may end abruptly without any
error message.
Running the installation with "-DDEBUG_LEVEL=9
-DDEBUG_FILE=C:\'tmp\'debug.out" to generate debug information
shows that the install aborts when calling:

       2020-11-18 13:45:24 14772  8756 Native Install API
successfully initialized.
       2020-11-18 13:45:24 14772  8756 Entering the fourth
section in NativeAPI.InitNativeAPI()


It doesn't fail all the time, it depends on the memory layout.
