.NET CORE: USING THE TRIM FUNCTION ON A SQL QUERY THROWS "THE IFXTYPE ENUMERATION VALUE, 101, IS INVALID. (PARAMETER 'IFXTYPE')

| Problem description: |
When using the trim() function with .NET Core, the following
exception is thrown:
"The IfxType enumeration value, 101, is invalid. (Parameter
'IfxType')."
The same code works fine with the regular Informix .NET
provider. |
