INFORMIX HQ SERVER ALLOWS ENTRY FOR DUPLICATE SERVER

| Problem description: |
On Informix HQ Server, when adding 2 servers with same names, it
is being allowed. However, name is only thing using which users
can differ two servers visually, on Informix HQ Dashboard.
Another entry of Server with same name should not be allowed by
Informix HQ Server. |
