CLR SERVER CAN GET ASSERTION WHILE APPLYING LOG RECORDS PERASE AND
PTRUNCATE DUE TO BREAK FLAG SET

Problem description:
When server is configured for Continuous Log Restore and when
applying the logical log, if ALTER table log record is present
in
log record, the mreplay thread set a break flag in thread
wreplay. This break flag remains set and can cause issue at a
later time
