Informix - Problem description

MACOS: CLICKING ON RELEASE NOTES LINK FROM THE IDS BUNDLE INSTALLER
LAUNCHES THE BROWSER BUT GIVES "NO PERMISSIONS" ERROR

Problem description:
When trying to install IDS server from the IDS MAC OS FC1 
bundle dmg file the installer launches, then asks for the user 
to be created  by asking for the User home directory and the 
password for user "informix". Once this is done, the first 
panel for the bundle installer is displayed. When you click on 
the Release Notes link on the installer panel, it launches the 
default browser, but gives an error "You do not have 
permission to open this page" . The page it is trying to open 
is - 
/Applications/IBM/informix/SERVER/doc/ids_unix_relnotes_11.50.h

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: 
When the IDS installation program offers to display the release 
notes and installation guide prior to configuring the 
installation, clicking the buttons will result in permission 
errors. After installation, the buttons function properly.

RECOMMENDATION: 
Upgrade to Informix Dynamic Server 11.50.xC2 or above.

Starting with IDS 11.50.xC2, the release notes and installation 
guide will be viewable prior to configuring the installation.
