PAGE CLEANERS SET TO 128 GIVES " LOGICAL LOG LAYOUT MAY CAUSE ONLINE
TO GET INTO LOCKED STATE" ERROR MESSAGE

Problem description:
When the configuration parameter CLEANERS is set to 128, the 
following error message is written to the online.log when 
Informix Dynamic Server is started up / restarted 
WARNING! Logical log layout may cause Dynamic Server to get 
into 
    a locked state.  Recommended smallest logical 
log size 
    is 16 times maximum concurrent user threads.
