Problem description: | |
If upgrading IBM Informix Dynamic Server 10.00 Domain installation to 11.50.TC1 and no informix user exists locally both password entry fields are active. By just filling these and continuing, a local installation occurs. Installation works correctly if the local informix user exists. | |

Local Fix: | |
Unchecking and checking the "Install in Domain" Checkbox works c orrectly. | |
Solution | |
Starting with IDS 11.50.xC2, the upgrade process now configures the installation to use domain users whenever the previous version uses domain users. | |
