SET ENVIRONMENT SHOULD SUPPORT ABILITY TO CHANGE IFX_FOLDVIEW FOR SESSION

Currently, the only means for changing IFX_FOLDVIEW is via the
onconfig param.
It's not always desirable to change this parameter for all users
to a single setting and
we need the ability to allow modifications to this setting at
the session level |
