WHEN CLOSING A LARGE OBJECT TWICE IN JDBC, THE SECOND CLOSE FAILS WITH A -12014 ERROR

With JDBC, when a large object is closed twice, the second close
fails with the following error:
Smart-large-object error. - SQL Error Code: { -9810 }, SQL
State: { IX000 }
Cause: Smart Large Objects: Cannot find entry in lofd table.
