INCORRECT NUMBER OF CSM VPS STARTED WHEN USING CSM NETWORK ENCRYPTION

| Problem description: |
In 11.70, when you have 3 cpu vps configured. If you have a
server configured to use csm network encryption, so ENCCSM, the
server would start 3 csm vps. This matches the following
documentation:
The communications support module (CSM) class of virtual
processors performs communications support service and
communications support module functions.
The database server starts the same number of CSM virtual
processors as the number of CPU virtual processors that it
starts, unless the communications support module is set to
GSSCSM to support single sign-on. When the communications
support module is GSSCSM, the database server starts only one
CSM virtual processor.
However, in 12.10, the server seems to only be starting 1 csm vp
when using ENCCSM. |
