Informix - Problem description

THE AUS_WORK_LOCK TABLE REMAINS ALONG WITH TK_ATTRIBUTES OF 924 WHEN AUS
EVALUATOR STARTS WHEN AUS REFRESH IS STILL RUNNING

Problem description:
The AUS evaluator and AUS refresh are scheduled (by default) to
run around 1am.   The days of the week can be configured.

If the system is very big, then the refresh might run for over
24 hours and when this occurs, the next evaluator run will start
and immediately stop but the aus_work_lock table is not dropped,
the tk_attributes is still set to 924 (and not 412) and the
tk_next_execution value might also not be correct depending on
how the AUS evaluator has been configured.   This means that the
AUS evaluator will no longer run, which also means that there is
no refresh of statistics and this could lead to query
performance problems.

The problem can be resolved by manually dropping the
aus_work_lock table and updating tk_attributes to 412 (and if
needed, altering tk_next_execution to a future datetime value)
for the AUS evaluator record.
