IMPROVE DETECTION/TOLERATION/REPORTING OF BAD INDEX PAGES.

| Problem description: |
When processing an index page that has somehow become corrupt,
secondary corruption may occur. Improve the detection of bad
index pages. When detected, the bad page can be tolerated and
propagation of the corruption can be prevented.
The following is a common error reported by secondary corruption
that may be prevented by these improvements.
FUNCTION: DB2 UDB, Common Trace API, sqlbfix, probe:104
MESSAGE : bfix detected an object/page header mismatch -
retrying. |
