DB2 - Problem description

MEMORY LEAK IN DB2 11.5 MOD6 FP0 DUE TO A NEW FEATURE IN ESQL.

Problem description:
After upgrading to DB2 11.5 Mod6 FP0 some customers may notice
memory leaks or high memory usage (swap).
This memory leak is introduced due to a new feature in Esql for
V11.5.6.0.

This problem is introduced in DB2 11.5 Mod6 FP0 and does not
exist on lower levels.

The memory leak is due to allocation in function
sqlccSSLConstructDefaultCertName().
