'INSUFFICIENTLY CLEAR ERROR MESSAGE' - WHEN GROUP IDENTIFIER VALUE OF ER SQLHOSTS IS MORE THAN 32767

| Problem description: |
When the Group Identifier for ER nodes is mentioned more than
32767, then CDR define server fails and displays below Error
message, But the reason for this Failure is the 'Group
Identifier' should be given below 32767 only. This cause of the
problem is not being provided/mentioned in Error message.
