THE TIME FOR INCIDENTS REPORTED IN HQ SHOULD BE A REAL DATE ANDTIME

In HQ incidents are reported on the server overview page, but
the message shows a time span.
this should use a real timestamp instead, to be more exact
(instead of having "a day ago" ) and to make comparison with
other data sources like the online.log easier. |
