FODC_APPERR: 'COLUMN.GETISNULLABLE()' ASSERTION DURING REPLICATION FOR COLUMN-ORGANIZED TABLES

| Problem description: |
An FODC_AppErr can occur if conducting replication on a table
with the following conditions:
* Column organized table
* A column with a primary key or unique constraint
* Indexes on one or more of the columns
* NULL values in any of the columns with indexes
This message should also show up in the db2diag.log:
